1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the gta99 platform and all its services. By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on gta99, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please stop using this platform.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.2 One Account Per Person

A maximum of one account is permitted per person, household, IP address, or device. Creating or operating multiple accounts — for bonus abuse or any other reason — will be considered a serious violation of these Terms.

2.3 Account Security

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

A completed and active KYC verification must be in place on the account before a withdrawal request can be made. For withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Processing is generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Bonus-related withdrawals may be held if wagering requirements have not been completed.

3.3 Transaction Verification

3.4 Currency

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The gta99 welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (20x) before it can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the total balance.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus has its own validity period — if not used within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• A bonus becomes active only after real money has been wagered.
• In cases of bonus abuse — multiple accounts, coordinated betting, arbitrage strategies — gta99 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.
• gta99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

4.4 VIP Program

The gta99 VIP program has three tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

You can move up to a higher VIP tier through consistent play. No specific turnover threshold is published for each tier — tier assignment is based on overall activity.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Betting Rules

All bets are considered final once confirmed. gta99 reserves the right to void bets in the following cases:

• Incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error or system failure.
• An event is cancelled, rescheduled, or left incomplete.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity is found.

5.2 Technical Issues

gta99 will not be liable for losses caused by server downtime, internet disconnection, or other technical issues. In such situations, the outcome of ongoing games or bets will be determined in accordance with the game provider's own rules.

5.3 Fair Play Policy

gta99 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all users. We follow SSL encryption and fair play principles. The use of automated software, bots, or any other artificial means of play is strictly prohibited.

6 Account Suspension & Closure

6.1 Closure by gta99

gta99 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts or abusing bonuses.
• Suspicion of money laundering or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to provide verification documents.

6.2 User-Requested Closure
